Transit-Oriented Development?

The Partnership for New York City surveyed major employers between October 19 and October 29, 2021, to gauge the status of return to office among Manhattan’s one million office workers and to assess the impact of remote work on NYC employment and future demand for office space. The survey revealed that the whole concept of "transit-based" developments along major transportation routes may need to be re-thought.
